This mixer is powerful, but has a tab that makes it easy to control the speed. installing the beaters is simple, and the button for ejecting them is instantaneous. I have used it for whipping cream, mixing soft cheese, and expect it to perform well with any mixture that is not too stiff. Because it is very light, it is not tiring to use. Looks just like the picture but the beaters were way smaller that I expected. It kinda looks like a toy but it mixed a box of cake mix just fine but I don't think it will be able to handle heavier things like sweet potatoes. Read more
