Giiiirl,I thought these would be real suede. Hate false advertising… these unfortunately are a hard pass for me. As for fit, calf is typical to what other boots are measured. The slouch look is cool, but doesn’t have the same aesthetic as an authentic suede slouch. Missed the mark for me. Heel is about 4inches ? It’s uncomfortable on my foot (I typically wear stilettos because the arch of my feet feel awkward in this heel height). Mixed feelings about these boots. First off, I gave them a three because what is pictured is not what I received. They are not suede. And they have rouching at the back of the ankle. I was expecting something of higher quality based on how they portrayed these boots. The material feels more like padded velvet. And I think they are over priced. Secondly, these run pretty small so definitely size up if you want to go ahead and buy them. I usually wear a 7.5 or an 8 in high heels. I question if I could wear these 7.5 all night without crippling myself. It was difficult to pay attention to the foot bed or comfort level when I was more focused on if I would be able to wear them or not. Style wise, I like them. In fact, they look like a high heel version of my fall must have mid-calf boots. I especially like the dramatic dip in the back of the calves. Read more

These boots are a must have. Great for all occasions. I was able to wear these all day without wanting to take them off. There is some padding, but for me I always add extra because for me it's never enough in the shoe. I ordered a size 10 and they fit true to size. You don't need to wear thick socks unless you have a narrow foot. The heel height is perfect, especially for us ladies that can no longer wear 5in heels anymore. This is a nice compromise. The color is a nice cognac color, great for fall. They are well made, but you can tell these aren't real suede. The faux suede doesn't look cheap, but they don't look high end either. The thick lining will keep your legs warm and the shape will work with all calf sizes. I'm very happy with these boots!!! Read more
