The media could not be loaded. This lumbar support pillow is incredibly soft and smooth, yet still very supportive. It’s comfortable right away, and I’ve found myself using it everywhere I sit. It’s large enough to properly support my lower back but compact and lightweight enough to move from place to place. I use it in my car for driving, then bring it inside for my office chair and even the couch. The support it provides for my lower back makes a noticeable difference, especially when sitting for longer periods. Had this a few months now and love it. I don't know how I got along so far without something like this - it's totally changed my spinal alignment in the car while driving. It supports the lower back and is "just right" - neither too hard nor too soft. Product design is clean and professional looking (not fuddy-duddy like some lumbar supports that make you feel like an old foggie) and the grey color matches my car's interior very nicely - there are other colors, too. I recommend matching it to your car's interior color. I bought the companion neck piece, too, in the same color and am very pleased with both items. Initially I thought these items were a little pricey, but my back was worth it, and when they arrived I was pleasantly surprised to see both the lumbar support and neck rest are high quality items that look nice, provide great support, and I think they will last forever, too. Tip: you should lift the lumbar spine rest slightly up as you lean back so it fits the exact curvature of your back. A physical therapist told me that's the right way to use it, vs. leaving it sitting on the bottom of the seat (which for me was too low on my back.) Each time when I get into the car, I position it in the most comfortable spot (lumbar spine) on my back and then lean back against it and it stays in place the whole ride.
