Cover Girl is what I've worn for many (many) years. I wore it on my wedding day a very l- o- n -g time ago. I picked the Creamy Natural color in this new packaging, as that is the color I wore before. It matches my skin color to the "T" and it is very natural-looking. When picking your color, go with your instincts. I thought the color I use looked darker in the ad, but I got it anyway, and it's perfect for me. This has a light finish (not heavy), and yet it covers well. For the small price we pay for this, this is a spectacular find and I highly recommend it. How nice it is to spend less on foundation and have fun adding other things like rouge, etc. Also, it is light enough in weight that you can layer it over itself or over/under another foundation. This does not dry out like many do. It glides onto the skin (I do recommend a moisturizer no matter what foundation you wear. Your foundation will go on nicely and your skin benefits.) I spent so many years buying Clinique and other misc pricey foundations- I use very little because my skin is sensitive and I also don’t like the “full face of makeup” look. I only use it to even skin tone around my eyes, and over a little primer on occasion if I use contour powder or misc powdered product. I’m 50, have the usual onset of fine lines, occasional morning bagginess and I LOVE this product. I bought it based on reviews and was not disappointed. I’m on only my second bottle in 2+ yrs because for me, a little goes a long way. This is very smooth, lightweight, gives good semi-transparent coverage so no “pancake” appearance even with powder. It smells pleasant and not like Noxema or too perfumed, and does not clog my pores even thought it doesn’t say “non-comedogenc”. I occasionally Use it over a primer but that’s only when I don’t or won’t have time for any touch ups through the day, and it glides right over every kinds of primer I have used for regular and mineral makeup both. Product covers nicely for a liquid foundation. I like this bottle, as there is very little waste of product … it’s like the product is on a platform that moves up as the product gets used up. I stopped buying my foundation online because I never got the color right. Oh heck, let's be honest...I rarely got the color right standing in front of the display in the store! There are just too many shades of the same color to figure out what I am! I hate having so many choices and stopped wearing foundation for years and just wore powder. But my skin is starting to show the mileage I've put on it so when this popped up as an Add-On item I thought I would give it a try. I applied it to the back of my hand to get a general idea and thought I had made another bad choice because it was definitely a shade or two lighter, thickish, hard to spread and felt greasy. However, the next morning after I applied coconut oil to my face (my moisturizer of choice these days) and let it sit for a minute or two, I applied the makeup and was surprised at how smoothly it went on; it blended well, smoothed out my pores and the color SEEMED to look good on my skin. A little bit went a long way. I liked the coverage and it never felt heavy during the day. I'll have to ask my sister to pull me into the sun and see if this color is a good one for me. This also claims to make your skin look 5-years younger, but I can't really say for certain it does. This is my number one choice from now on. The primary reason is the design of the container; you get EVERY drop of what you've paid for with this pump. The color blends well and it's just a great water-based texture all around. Absolute perfection. I have no need to look for anything different. Most of my life I've used Clinique Touch Base. This make-up product is comparable but far less expensive. The Clinique one I used to buy came in a glass bottle, and it always bothered me that I had to leave so much attached to the inside. I love it. It’s smooth and easy to apply, gives a very dewy look (which is exactly what I was looking for), and I think it does give a younger look to my skin. I was able to pick a good match for my skin color. One pump provides me enough coverage for the day! Its definitely a good Summer look: it has SPF, and a glowy look to it.
