I got this for my lower water line. It perks it up just right! When you reach a certain age, it's no longer wise to line with black etc. This does a great job brightening my lower water line! This is the best eye pencil ever! I have the brown and black on my regular subscription and love to give it to friends as they usually thrilled with it too! Allows you to create a fine line like eyeliner, or you can smudge it for a more subtle look. It’s so thin that you can also use it on the water line and for me, without any irritation. I love Covergirl but I was really disappointed with this purchase. The pencil was very dried out. It pulled/dragged my skin and left a very poor color deposit. It was kind of like chalk tbh. Read more
