Coway AP-1512 are essential for my well being as I have asthma and allergies. I have gifted them to friends, our church uses three of them along the back of the sanctuary. I regularly clean and replace filters so I am experienced with them. Then I put in a filter that smelled like rodent. Somehow I thought it might get better but of course it didn’t and I had to throw it away. I ordered it from Amazon and everything looked correct but there was not a little label on the side of the filter with a manufacture date. I order filters ahead of time but now I will open the box and check the filter to make sure it has the little label. I called Conway and they said if the filter doesn’t have the little label, it’s not a genuine product. Hopefully this might help someone else not throw away their money. Read more
