This review is for the 'POYOIOR Cowboy Boots for Women Wide Calf Round Toe Chunky Stacked Heel Knee High Cowgirl Boot Heart Pattern Classic Embroidered Tall Western Booties Pull on.' I ordered these in Red, Size 10. I normally wear a 9 in all shoes, boots; however, I ordered these in the 10 so I would have room for socks and/or gel inserts. I am happy to say, it was a good decision; the boots fit exactly the way I hoped they would - indicating to me that they are true to size! The width of the ankle and thigh is perfect, not too skinny or too wide, and they are very easy to put on and take off. The Faux Leather is good quality bc they look like real leather (at least the red ones do), the color is a beautiful bright red, the stitching is even and pretty, and the heels and soles are sturdy and appear to be attached well. So far, they have been comfortable wearing around the house, breaking them in. I can't yet say how they will feel after wearing for an extended amount of time, but I'm not worried because I have room for gel inserts - LOL! I do have 3 'cons,' but they are personal preferences and in no way warrant a decrease in stars: 1) I'm not crazy about the hearts being white, I think it makes them look like Valentine's Day boots - so I'm going to paint or bedazzle the hearts; 2) I wish the heels were 3/4 to 1 inch higher - it just helps make your foot look a bit smaller; and 3) they are a bit high on me, I am 5'5" tall and my heel to inside knee bend measures 17" - the side seam of the boots measures 18" so on me, my knee is right in the 'V' of the boot which makes my legs look a little short. None of these are a game changer for me but I wanted to be thorough in my review. Overall, I recommend giving these boots a try; for the price, they are awesome boots! Read more
