I highly recommend this blender. I’ve had it for almost a year, and the main pitcher works great with no issues. It blends my sauces really well—especially for my Mexican cooking—and I usually don’t even have to strain anything. It does take about 2–3 minutes to fully break everything down, but it stops on its own once the blend is smooth, which I love. The only thing I don’t like is the personal cup attachment. It just doesn’t blend well. I’ll think my sauce is fully blended, and then when I pour it out, there’ll be a whole tomato still sitting in there. So that part doesn’t work for me. I wanted so much to love this blender, but due to safety reasons, I just couldn't. I ended up returning the blender back to Amazon. The blade that you have to use to put on the cup there has a metal piece on the bottom that gets very hot while it is being used and when we'd go to twist the blade off, our hand kept getting burned by the metal. I also did not like that in order to change any of the settings, you had to stop the blender and clear everything out in order to reset it. Read more
