I wish I could give these pillows 10 stars instead of just 5. I have always slept on feather pillows, but finding a quality goose down pillow like this one is rare, especially at this price. The quality is outstanding. The fabric is silky, and the filling is just right. They don't go flat when you lie on them, and they don't push your head forward from too much filling. Product description mentions 2 pillows but you only get 1 (or I only received one pillow). Regardless, it's a good pillow. You receive it in a big retail box. The biggest thing to note in the box is a small bag with extra memory foam nits stuffing if you need it. You'll discover whether you need to add more or not depending on how you sleep (e.g., side sleeper, on your back, etc.); this is mentioned in one of the cards that comes inside the box. For side sleepers, you don't need to add any more because the pillow is supposedly already optimized with the correct amount of stuffing. The pillow looks really flat and this is die to it being compressed for shipping. You need to fluff it up. You can do it by hand but the easiest method is to throw it in the dryer with sie. Tennis balls (I have those sheep's wool dryer balls) and on the tumble/air dry setting. Do NOT apply heat! My dryer tumbled this for 30 minutes. When I pulled it out, it was nice and fluffy. Threw it in a standard queen pillowcase and I can say it felt SO much better than the 2 flat pillows that I was using previously. Honestly, I am so picky about my pillow! I have had a feather pillow since I was a teenager! I am now 36 and I hate buying new pillows because every time I do I end up giving them to one of my kids or storing it in the basement After having it for only a week and go straight back to my old feather pillow, lol that honestly needs to be retired at this point! But these pillows are amazing! They are so comfortable and I am so happy that I found these! They have real feathers in them and I cannot recommend them enough! I bought these back in 2019 from an old account. From day one I have never slept better. I need neck support as I’m a SIDE SLEEPER and these were just perfect. Thick but not hotel thick where your neck is bent. However, thick and firm enough around the edges so when you tuck it under your neck it gives support and your head doesn’t bend upwards or sink to the mattress. It keeps my neck pretty straight and I sleep my best. Recently, my husband has been stealing my pillows cause he hurt his neck. He bought some other pillows and they were too soft. So I ordered these again knowing he already likes them. Right?! Sadly, they must of upgraded them because it’s absolutely a different internal stuffing. It’s much softer and not thick around the edges. There just very airy if that makes sense. So, yah it looks puffy but the edges aren’t and the stuffing is so soft that you lose the support. Now, I’m not returning them as we have needed extra pillows for guests or sons sleep overs. So in the end I give 3 stars. It’s tough finding pillows online that lives up to the description that you envision will be the right fit. So more disappointing when it’s a repeat buy and they’ve changed them. Read more

Having used many different pillows trying to relieve the arthritis pain in my neck without success, I bought these Cozsinoor pillows and as my head settled into its soft nest, I felt comfortable and warm, and I went to sleep very quickly. In the morning I awoke without neck pain - and with no regrets for having made this purchase.
