I got this for my cat, and he likes it very much. Its comfortable and fuzzy, so he lays on it at night when its cold. Most of our other cats prefer bowl-style beds to lay in, but hes the only cat who actually likes flat beds like this. Its actually quite big for a cat, but it just leaves him space to stretch out so. Im sure if i had a dog it would like this bed as well. Read more

My dog is 95 pounds and afraid of new things. We tried to get him on this bed for 5 nights and then relented and have him back his own bed. His bed does not have a washable cover. My cat loves it. Of course she is only 10 lbs. So she swims in it, but she kind of took it over. The materials are nice. You have to let it open up for 48 hours because it is vacuum packed tight in shipping. Minimal assembly, you put the mattress pad in the cover. The sides do not come out of the cover, so you would wash the sides and cover all at once. My dog fit in it but could not fully stretch out on it. Maybe that was his problem, he likes to sprawl. We are keeping it for the cat, though. Read more

Love the soft feel of this pet ped. The bed is a bit large for my cat but she likes it and the lower height in front makes it easier for her to get in and out. Like that the inside cushion is separate giving me an additional option of use, it is not too poofy for my cat to feel secure stepping into it and that the cover comes off for washing. Wish manufacturers would stop sewing on those ugly leather handles and branding tags but I finally got them off. A bit pricey but I bought one then purchased a second one, so I recommend. Read more
