Poor packaging but good wipes, great customer care

The wipes are a good size and have a proper moisture level. My biggest complaint is the packaging. It's extremely hard to get the wipes out of the package. They do not pop up, and the edge seems to be in various places, so I can't even run a fingernail along a consistent spot inside to get the next wipe. They stick together and I frequently end up with two, three, or even more wipes pulling out of the package--very wasteful and frustrating. The secondary closure ripped the package and came off completely after a couple of weeks. So far, they are still moist, which is good. The travel packs are perfect! UPDATE: The seller responded to my review by apologizing and giving me a refund, and they hoped I would try the product again. This tells me they care about their customers and stand behind their product. I will try another package and hope I just got a defective one for my first experience. (Updating from 3 to 4 stars for excellent customer care.) Read more

These CPAP wipes are great! I wipe mine out first thing in the morning. There is just a very hint of a fragrance. By bedtime the fragrance is gone. I am pleased with the way that the wipes come out of the package. There is not a fight with just getting one out. I used to just use a wash cloth. I think this is a much healthier option.
