These pants are WARM. During recent snap of wind chills in the teens and below I have worn these every day with no under layer. 7 pockets are very handy, if a a bit more than needed. Outer fabrics sheds moisture and wind quite well. Fit is trim, not tight. Haven't had them long enough to evaluate durability but they seem well made. Weight is consistent with warmth and wind resistance at this price level. Read more
These must be my warmest winter pants not including specialist ski gear. Comfortable and with plenty of pockets, including unusually easy-to-use front pockets. The sizing was accurate and the bit of stretch makes them easy to wear. The outer fabric is a polyester finish and wind resistant (haven’t tried water resistance) - the lining is a thick fleece, like wearing blankets around your legs! Update - pants wash well (turn inside out, wash in cool water) and did not shrink. Read more
Fantastic pant, flexible and warm. I’ve worn these by themselves down to 30 degrees and anything below that you may think about an extra layer. Extremely comfortable. Not going to be as durable as denim if you are working with anything abrasive. They also do a fine job of repelling water but I haven’t had them in a downpour yet. Read more
Perfect for my use. They fit well, look ok, and are not losing color after repeated washings. The lining is super cozy and the outer pant breaks the wind and so far is still waterproof. The zipper is metal, HUGE BONUS! The 4 star rating is given because the outer material wrinkles super easily. They have to be removed from the dryer while still hot and hung or there will be wrinkles. It’s easily fixed by throwing them back in the dryer on the “refresh” setting, (if you have that option) but I think you could just dry them in the dryer for about 5-10 minutes and the material will release the wrinkles. I definitely would NOT try to iron them unless you really know your iron! So far, after wearing them for three months, they seem durable, they are sewn well, but I don’t think they will last more than 1, maybe two cold seasons, even if you take great care with them. They are fairly expensive for the value, but if you only wear the occasionally, you might get longer wear out of them. I’m going to buy another pair because I wear them daily during the cold months. I do think they are overpriced. If they were closer to $30, I’d probably buy three or four more. At nearly $60, I’ll have to make two pair work. Read more
Absolutely worth every penny. I liked these pants so much i now own multiple pairs. The are fleece lined and keep you warm, water resistant, and they move with you. They don't bunch up or feel like you have multiple layers on. Super comfortable!!! Read more
