I love the style of this cup! It's really cool. The design looks really good and you can tell it's well-made. It is best used for espresso, tea, or black coffee due to its size. It is a lot smaller than a traditional coffee mug. The spout is a little odd. I will admit I thought it would be cool to use as a straw when I saw it on the listing, but it was really more awkward than anything. I cant see myself using this cup to pour into another cup, specifically because of its size, so I'm having a hard time understanding what purpose it's supposed to serve other than being in the perfect spot to spill coffee on yourself while taking a sip lol. Overall this may be more of a cool display mug than a functional drinking cup, but I really like it anyway! The media could not be loaded. I really wanted to love this realistic octopus mug, but I don't. It will hold a maximum of 9.7 ounces or 286ml which is technically appropriate for an English cup of tea with milk and two sugar cubes. However, I am a chai tea person that makes 12oz cups. The pour spout tentacle is pretty cute. It's function is mediocre unless you want hot liquid on your table OR your pouring skills are so fast it doesn't have a chance to dribble. I am not the skilled and I have hand tremors.. no dice. I will be keeping this mug for guests who I only want to stay a short while. Read more
