I will try to be as honest as possible because I depend on other people's reviews and feel I want to help the best I can: Item arrived as described. They work exactly as promised and hoped for. They are wrapped / covered with a rubber to allow a easy way to grip them tightly. Also the rubber flares near the head to help protect your fingers/hand while striking it with your hammer. As I get older and my fingers are less nimble, I'm always looking for ways to make it easier to continue to do good carpentry work in my shop. These are great for that. I still have my 40 year old set that are all metal with the fat square heads. In fact I prefer to use them for the heavy duty hard rougher work, and save these nicer new ones for finer and precision work. I Recommend. Good Luck. Read more
