I am a teacher and have tried every brand of dry erase marker. These are by far my favorite. They don't smear and they erase without leaving a "ghost" print, even when they've been on the board for weeks. The colors are great!! I have recommended them to other teachers I work with and to the school bookkeeper who orders the supplies for our school. I am a teacher, so I write a lot on my whiteboard. I was disappointed in how quickly these dried out. At first, the quality is great and very opaque! However, I was going through one marker per week. I decided to switch to Expo, and they have lasted longer. If you are not going to use it everyday, I'm sure it would last longer. Read more

I purchased some white board markers in bulk on Amazon. They were too thick and pale. I purchased these based upon the reviews. I have an eraseable calendar for this year that needs clearer and finer tips. These are working for me. I can add more than 1 item. The 4 colors are all clear and easily read. I just use a tissue to wipe the writing off if needed. They have not left any residue. I am very pleased. I can not speak about longevity yet. If needed I will update later. I recommend this product. These are my favorite dry erase markers ever! They last for a very long time and the ink indicator shows you exactly how much longer you have left on each marker. The quality of the color on the white board is like no other. They last up until the very end and then and only then is when they start to fade. I switched out all of the dry erase markers in my classroom to these and I have had less headaches and less markers thrown in the garbage due to drying out and fading since! While these markers do write nicely on a white board, they do not last very long. I decided to give these a try after hearing so many people online talk about how amazing they were. I teach high school and do a lot of examples on the board for students. My first marker died after only 2 days of lectures. I decided to keep using them to see if it was just a fluke, but unfortunately they all seemed to have a lifespan of 2-3 days of lectures. I was so excited when I saw these and everything that crayons take note has for us “ non children” :) These markets work great very smooth and ink hasn’t dried out yet !
