I wanted a wallet that I would be happy with for years to come. It needs to be made of high quality leather that will age well, meaning it will develop a nice patina over time, shape itself to its contents and my pocket, etc. It needs to securely hold cards even as it ages, meaning no outward facing slots, where a card can fall out if the wallet becomes loose from wear. It needs to not add bulk, meaning no unnecessary layers of material. It needs to have decent capacity; there are times when I need to carry up to 9 or 10 cards. It needs to have at least a couple distinct pockets, but not too many. The material needs to be the right thickness—too stiff and it pokes at my pocket; too pliable and the cards themselves poke at my pocket. Stitching or glue can also be points of failure so either they better be made to last, or (like this wallet) not use them at all. This wallet meets all those criteria using a simple, ingenious, attractive design. What surprised me was the attention to detail and the quality of materials and workmanship, which exceeded my expectations. This is such an amazing and creative wallet! No glue no stitching, just simple folding origami. Multiple pockets so can hold many cards (currently 15+ for me). Love the leather touch and smell. Two things I wish the seller can consider are: (1) add a pull tab for the back pocket (the one with 2 buttons) for easier access to cards in this compartment; (2) add a second button to the front of the wallet (in a higher position) so that there is flexibility in closing the wallet based on its “thickness” depending on how many cards are in there. I like the design and the size. when new, the smell of recycled leather is pretty pungent. but it's mellowing out now! I've got 3 cards in the front slot, 6 cards in the inside pocket and ten bills in the money slot. still have room for more. I really like it. mould recommend again! Read more

Absolutely LOVE wallet…got the recycled leather and it’s soft and looks great (and great for the environment :). I wanted a card/cash holder to replace my previous minimalist wallet whose elastic wore out and wouldn’t hold cards anymore.
