Tons of iron, easy to fix, warm and soothing
Have eaten cream of wheat for over 50 years. Cooks quickly, easy. I use half water and half soy milk or regular milk to make it. It's soothing, doesn't upset the stomach, and has a ton of iron in it. My mom used to make this with chocolate milk mix when we were kids. Read more
