It's super cute and very soft. We had him layered in footies, a cotton sleep sack, and then this puffer and he was warm all through the night in our tent. It got down to 40°F each night and his neck was always warm and toasty when I checked. Very good functionality. He's 4 months old and it fit him well besides the arms being too long but I didn't mind since it kept his arms warmer. I washed it and didn't dry it and it came out fine.
