I've used about 5 strips over 2 weeks and I definitely see it working. I am already a shade or 2 lighter. I've used other at home whitening methods including trays with gel or brushing gel on your teeth, but the white strips are so much more pleasant. You don't taste nearly as much as that nasty gel and they don't make you drool or need wait for them to dry... You can just continue going about your day. I am also surprised how much more even they whiten using these strips. I will not use any other method moving forward. I do have sensitive teeth, and using these daily was too uncomfortable for me to continue with. I find I have no noticeable sensitivity if I stick to 2 days a week. I also don't have any major whitening to do and I don't smoke or drink coffee- these are mostly to get a few shades lighter. prefer this box as more strips mean when I finish the box I've done more whitening. I also believe these strips are designed a little better and stick better, and don't roll over or bunch up as often as the the 20 strip box I used to buy. Could be they were older boxes too. I had years of stains from coffee and tea on my 70-year-old teeth. These strips brightened them significantly. They don't look fake or over-whitened, but naturally brighter. I have a cap that I wanted to match, and these did the trick. In the half hour it takes me to shower and dress, the treatment is done. Now I use them to maintain the color. It is super effective for whitening. But you gotta make sure to stick it on the whole surface of your teeth, including in between them. I found pushing my fingernails in between my teeth helpful after I stick the strips on to maximize contact. Otherwise there will be a noticeable tone difference. Taste is ok. One annoying thing about them is they sometimes slip off your teeth so heads up. You can pat dry your teeth with a tissue before sticking the strips on to reduce slipping.
