The time strips are left on is confusing
The back of the box says to leave the strips on for an hour. The information above says to leave them on for 30 minutes. I read online to follow the directions on the box but if I had known it was 60 minutes, I think I would’ve looked for a different 3-D whitening kit. Is a very long time to wait. Also, it does not say the percentage of peroxide on the box and while trying to figure out how long they should really stay on, I realize higher levels of peroxide are not good for your teeth. But I have no idea what the level is in these in fact it even says it’s peroxide free and then it says the active ingredient is peroxide. So the information on this Amazon site is very confusing and inaccurate. Read more

I have VERY sensitive teeth so I had lost hope on ever whitening my teeth. I have used this 4 times now and the results were immediate! Results are not permanent, meaning, if you stop for a while, you will see yellowing on your teeth. However, I am just happy to see something I can use which doesn't cause further sensitivity!
