I purchased these to use after I got my braces removed and they really did the trick. I was using these for 30mins every night but didn't notice much whitening going on nor tooth sensitivity. One day I accidentally fell asleep with the strips on and woke up with significantly whiter teeth and unbearable tooth sensitivity.
