I purchased these to use after I got my braces removed and they really did the trick. I thought I would have to use these for a very long time to see a difference and after only three days, I could see a very big difference in the whitening of my teeth. I was using these for 30mins every night but didn't notice much whitening going on nor tooth sensitivity. One day I accidentally fell asleep with the strips on and woke up with significantly whiter teeth and unbearable tooth sensitivity. It was clear that previously i wasn’t using them long enough for them to have much effect so ill be using them for an hour every night now.
