I noticed a great improvement in the overall "feel" of dental/gums. Although, I floss manually after each meal and utilize a cordless Waterpik® Sonic-Fusion® system twice a day, I still needed extra care. Best toothpaste I've ever used. I bought this because I have seriously receding gums. (I'm 75 yrs old) I noticed an improvement in my gum health after about 2 weeks of brushing day and night. After one month the improvement is very noticable. A nice, pink color has returned to my gums, and the pain is gone! It gets my teeth cleaner than any other toothpaste, and they stay cleaner longer. I have become a believer in this toothpaste for my gums. I use to buy just your regular toothpaste at a reasonable price. Now that I have used this gum restore toothpaste I am convince I will never go back to using just regular toothpaste.
