I love this mouthwash! It makes my teeth feel clean and my breath fresh. There is a bit of a film that is left over on my tongue but I just rinse my tongue off. This is the second time I've purchased this mouthwash. I can't tell if it's whitening my teeth or not because I don't use other whiteners due to tooth sensitivity and receding gums so this is all I use and it works wonderfully as a mouthwash and I'm hopeful it's doing something for my teeth as I drink coffee everyday.
