These are not the same item that I have purchased dozens of times in the past. They now have a single blue plastic dot in the middle that on some uses breaks off in your mouth as a hard plastic shell. When they do work they taste absolutely awful. If you drink water after using them your mouth almost burns. I do not know why they have changed and why they are still picturing the old version but I will never buy them again. Read more
