This looks absolutely nothing like the picture. It’s a cheap sweatshirt not a sweater. Says free returns and amazon told me free returns when I went to the return center however, when I printed my label there is a note from the vendor saying you have to pay to return shipping but offering me 1/2 back and keep it. What?! It said free returns! Also, there is no instructions on how to accept their offer if I chose that option. Read more
