The media could not be loaded. Chair is well packaged & was received in excellent condition. It is made with good quality materials, although the wheels and feet are made of plastic, so I will see how well they hold up over time. The frame is sturdy and the fabric cover is neat and easy to clean - no worries about cracking or peeling as with PU leather on other gaming chairs. The chair reclines so you can adjust the angle to your comfort. Head pillow is soft and the lumbar support pillow adds a nice touch with its optional massaging functionality.
