I have used Cross Pens for going on 40 years. I wanted to get my wife a nice pen and she selected this one some we ordered it. When it arrived I was a bit confused and then I realized there is no outlet hole to let the pen out, nice feature Cross added. Thinking this is just a one off I submitted to have it replaced.
