This bag is a pretty pink, as pictured, and the quilting is soft. But seeing it in person, it’s giving me mini diaper bag vibes. The main zipper zips well, but you do have to hold onto the opposite end when you zip. The thing that bothered me most is that the inside lining is loose (see picture), not sewn either to the sides or the bottom, and I can see that being an issue for me. The strap won’t stay on my shoulder. I do slouch a bit, so that could be me or it’s the width of the strap or the material it’s made of, not sure. I have never been able to use bags crossbody. They end up under my armpit, instead of across my body. I’m giving this product a neutral three stars, because the things that bother me about the bag might not bother someone else. I might remove the handles and just use it for storage (hair accessories maybe), so not a total loss. Read more
