This pen looks really good and it feels good in your hand. Made of metal material. Slightly thin when you grip it. Rollerball jell ink is not suitable normal notebooks which has thin paper. I tested this pen on classic moleskine notebook and it leaves marks on the backside of the page. So I replaced this roller ball refill with a Parker's ball point pen refill. Because Parker's refill is a little shorter than Cross' refill I have cut off little plastic parts from other cheap ball point pen and managed to put it inside Cross pen and it worked well. Read more

Love getting the quality of a Cross pen plus being unique for the Star Wars fan! Was a Christmas gift for my SIL who was promoted to Detective, and can use this to write his reports and being able to demonstrate his love for Star Wars. My only suggestion is to buy extra ink cartridges when you get the pen as they are not easily found at the local office supply stores.
