Not sure what company made this thing can't find that or any other information that I could use to try and either get my money back or get a replacement My dog got to play with it for me be 15-20 minutes then dropped it out of his mouth I tried to use the remote again it wouldn't turn do nothing then I tried a bunch of things with remote did nothing so I tried charging it charged it all the way up completely and then try and use the remote and and turn it on all the other ways and it does nothing so it lasted a whole 15-20 minutes really junk I would love to have my money back I think that's such a rip off my dog got so happy it's really liked it until it wouldn't work anymore you know at least like my money back or at least you know I have replacement or something but I ain't counting on it Read more

Just Spins On Carpet

The videos show it hopping and running around on non-carpeted floors. For the most part, it spins in place and may hop a bit on carpet. Unfortunately, almost all of our floors are carpeted. Our dog was afraid of the ball at first. Took a while, but she does play with it some now. If it is not on carpet, it does run around, and when your dog pounces on it, it keeps rolling and keeping them occupied. On carpet it will go into a standby mode, maybe flash lights, then our dog gets bored with it unless we keep pressing the remote. The "normal" mode just shakes itself on carpet. I tried putting it inside a rubber ball for traction, but that did not help. We had her at a place with vinyl tile floor, and she played constantly with it. Now that she does accept it as a toy, and not a possessed scary ball, we drain the batteries trying to keep it running in "crazy" mode. We plan on replacing our old worn carpet, most, if not all, will be a simulated wood floor. She will get more play from it then. Almost forgot- It maybe because it is used on carpet, but it has unscrewed itself several times. Update 22 October: The ball has been all but destroyed. There is a plastic ring in the center that has been destroyed and I made several replacements, but now the ball itself has been cracked. Hope there is spare parts? Also, she had chewed at the center where the ball comes apart to the point that it locked the ball together. I was able to open it using rubber strap wrenches. I won't be buying another, and would not recommend it for aggressive chewers. Read more

Good idea, but product needs improvement

The ball is durable, and the light display is excellent. However, the ball does not move around on various surfaces and spins in place. If placed on hard surfaces, it makes a lot of noise. Also, the remote is difficult to use. My dog stares at it as it spins. Overall, the idea is great, but the product needs improvement. Read more

Broken ball broken dog heart.

Not alot keeps my huskies attention very well. This would have been great if it didn't break the third time using it. It did roll around and it would have pawsativly (see what I did there.) Kept them interested if the parts that is inside did not break from normal wear and tear. It comes with a usb to unscrew the ball and charge it. I would not waste your money on this as I am sure that there are better ones on the market. It even tells you when order the what remote you get is random. Which I think I got the older version. That might have something to do with it. Read more
