I bought this nest for my beta fish as he was having a hard time getting enough time to eat his food. The food was swarm around the surface of the water due to the filtering system and then fall before he could eat it, despite his efforts. After the food fell, he wouldn't touch it. So, I bought this as a feeding nest. It works great. I put the food only in the opening of the nest and he knows where to go to eat. The food stays within the nest - he is now able to eat better and the tank remains cleaner for longer. I also found the makeup of the nest to be smooth with no sharp edges. Read more

I never heard of a Betta bed until I came across it in an aquarium group on Facebook. I thought maybe my Betta would like one. He LOVES it, I have had Gabriele for a year, and he took right to it and lays in it every day. He seems very happy and he lays in it so he can look out and watch everyone in the kitchen.
