Nice pillow if you don’t like soft ones. There is a great deal of support for your head and neck. To be honest, I would classify it as overfilled. I purchased the king size medium. It’s perfect! After purchasing so many pillows, I am FINALLY satisfied! I love a squishy comfy pillow so I’ve always gone towards the soft down type and could never find the right one, even after spending a fortune and ordering the same ones from a hotel. And I would always need 2. This pillow, I only need 1 for a good night sleep! It’s soft enough to feel cuddly, yet just enough support that I don’t have to double up. I never feel hot with this and never have to adjust. I can breathe easier with this and my arms aren’t going numb. Probably because I never have to use my arms under the pillow anymore. I am side sleeper and needed soft pillow for my shoulders to land on. This is great it is very comfortable. I use it over my medium firmness latex pillow. I thought I was getting 2 pillows for some reason but it’s just one. One star off for high price but so far it is a quality item. Read more
Love the pillow, no neck or head pain. I have been able to get more rem sleep with this pillow. I vacillate from side to back through the night and not to firm. The price needs attention, but good night sleep comes with the price I guess. Read more
Anything by cuddle down is great quality, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences. This is my first time opting for percale over sateen, and I must say I prefer percale! I let this pillow sit out for 24 hours before fluffing and using it. I immediately melted into the pillow. It wasn’t too firm, nor too soft. I tend to sleep on my side and I didn’t wake up with any pain. It had just the right amount of fluffiness and support. It is too soon to say how well this pillow keeps its shape over time, but my other cuddle down pillows have lasted so hopefully this one is no exception. Read more
Much firmer than I expected. Being a side sleeper, I like to sleep with my face at the edge of the pillow to breathe better. Doesn't work with this pillow. My head kept sliding off the pillow. I'm sure it would be great for a back sleeper. Read more

It’s puffy, not smoosh. Just how I want a pillow to be. I can put it behind me to lean back on for reading or tv & it stays firm so you don’t start to slip, slouch or fall off. When I’m ready to go to sleep, I just lay it down & it is PERFECT! My neck & shoulder are supported (side sleeper) in a dreamy cloud that helps me fall asleep in seconds. I’ve always loved feather pillows, but I finally had enough of finding feathers in my hair, stuck in my clothes, even in my ear! I’ve tried about 50 pillows over the last few years & FINALLY found my pillow. Read more
