Not Very User Friendly

It only has one knob that twirls with your thumb left and right. I found it uncomfortable to use and not very exact when choosing a speed. You turn it off by twirling all the way left. I liked the placement of the beater-eject button so I wouldn't hit it accidentally but it shoots the beaters out at high speed. I can't imagine what that would be like with beaters full of batter. It comes out with such force it would make a lot of noise if you shot the beaters into your sink, maybe it could even damage something. Really, I was shocked how fast and far the beaters shot out. I saw people complaining about other mixers that when you press the eject button, you have to you use your other hand to actually pull the beaters out, but I think that would be preferable to how this one works. I didn't actually mix anything with it since the on/off/speed knob and ejection speed/force are unacceptable to me. Sorry I can't speak to its mixing performance. Read more

I returned this after one use. It was cheaply made. I could not get it to stand up without tipping over. Mixing batter was a challenge. This company has a great reputation, but this was garbage, and made in China Read more
