The product does work well, however, the top stays open and the ice cream mixture stays too soft. I put a lid on the top opening and it took care of that resulting in a nice ice cream. The manufacture needs to supply a lid. Otherwise the end result is a really nice milk shake. I love my machine. I gave all five stars because of that. Read more
