Magnificent cooking knives!
My husband and I have wanted a set of good kitchen knives for a long time. After buying odd and end knives from various places, I decided to buy this set for him for Christmas. It ended up being a present for both of us. The knives are strong, durable, cut well, and easy to handle. They fit nicely in your hand, plus it looks nice on my countertop in the knife black. Okay, for the price
Seems like it's impossible to get a set of really high-quality knives today. These look nice and were better quality than a cheap set I replaced but don't expect perfection. Each knife has some tiny flaws. The main big knife, shown standing in the picture, has rolls in the blade in a few spots, looks like a used knife almost. The tip region of the blade is sharp but, the mid sections and section closer to the handle is barely sharp, rather dull with multiple rolls in the edge. Read more
