VERY sharp knives! Good quality steel covered in ceramic, I love the colors. I gave it 4 stars due to the fact that the handles could be a different material, one that enhances grippage. I say this because I cut myself while prepping food and the food I was cutting had moisture which left the handles a small bit slippery. Just be careful and/or use cut proof gloves. Read more
