The fabric is very lightweight, definitely a hand-wash item, I am 5’2” 100 lbs. 35” chest 35” hips, S fit perfectly, not tight or fitted just loose & comfortable. Weave is pretty and delicate, high cut sides make it east to walk in, fairly transparent but not overly so, too loosely knit for a dress unless lined, definitely just a beach coverup.
