These are hands down the BEST swimsuit cover-ups I have ever owned. I bought a white one first, then loved it so much I bought one in black, pink, and brick. I'd get every color (and probably will end up doing just that, let's face it) because I love them that much. the material is a soft crochet, yes it is see through, because of the crochet weave, but it gives just a hint of what your swimsuit looks like underneath. They are airy, cool, not heavy at all, and drape beautifully and are so flattering! Just pop it on and you are good to walk confidently around the pool or beach or boardwalk. I wouldn't wear them as a dress, really... but where beachwear/resort clothing is permitted/expected, they are wonderful! I ordered size M, and I am 5'8" tall and weigh 135 pounds. I originally bought it to wear more as a beach dress- it IS see through, so you'd need to wear something underneath that you don't mind being seen in. with this being said, it is very comfy and sturdy especially for the price (i was a bit worried!). Exactly as pictured ! Purchased in the pink and blue for my two sisters and liked sooo much I purchased the white for me ! True to size a perfect coverup for someone my age, something you can actually wear to the store or lunch over your swim suit. Thought the price was pretty reasonable as well. Excellent beach coverup! Runs TTS but I prefer extra room in coverups so I returned my usual XL in exchange for an XXL. I’m 5’9” and the cute tie knot detail in the front is not too short or revealing on me.
