The media could not be loaded. Great exercise ball for fingers and wrist. Once you get the proper wrist movement, you can hear the motor run. I recently injured my thumb this has help tremendously. This is not for aging seniors and the advertising should state caution. It's not possible to wind the ball with arthritic hands. My wife (89) wanted it to strengthen her wrist and fingers, but could not wind the ball. I have strong hands, and for me it's hard to wind the ball to the stop. Once wound, was unable to get gyro effect more than a few seconds. The instructions are in such tiny print we had to use magnifying glass to read. Maybe it works for some, but not us. Read more
This sounds like a great idea, but not so much especially for an older woman. I found it impossible to wind, hold and activate. Also read later on a different site that this model is for intermediate to advanced users, not necessarily for beginners. This is not in the description at all. I loved the last curaball i had. It changed colors and was so good I gave it to my son to help his wrist. Then i ordered another one, but it stays stuck on the blue light only. Kinda sucks cause i liked the other colors and it kept me motivated. Read more
