I have not used it yet but will update when I do. Straight out of the package, it’s so pretty! All of the attachments feel nice but my brush attachment did have a bristle point broken off of it. I did try putting an attachment on and taking it off. You definitely have to put some effort into getting it seated all the way down and getting it off. It comes with a little stylish luggage tag (not an ID tag), a user manual, a nice silk case for the base and heating glove on top of the really nice big carrier bag! It is huge and can be heavy. If opened all the way, one or two of the zippers are on the edge and is a little challenging to get the attachment out when hanging up. Overall (without using it) I love it and it would have gotten 5 stars if my brush didn’t have a bristle broken! Read more

very good! have used this about 3 times now and i real like it. I’ve only used two of the curling wands so far but the curls hold up well and are very natural. only complaint is when curling, it’s very easy to accidentally mess with the temp/on and off buttons but that could also just be due to operator error. sometimes the lock does comes loose or out of place when curling and the attachment comes out while curling. again this could be my fault but it’s very pretty and i would say it’s worth the money if these are the tools you are looking for. very well stored and functional easy to transport. The concept is great, still unsure of quality. I was interested in Mermade Hair’s triple barrel waver that also came w different attachment bundle but it didn’t have the size of the waver I wanted. This product has all the sizes I wanted plus more. This product was exactly what I was looking for and seemed better than other more known brands. I was so excited for this to arrive. I have very full, thick, and straight Asian hair that goes all the way down to my waist. Yesterday I used the largest triple barrel attachment on 450° which is what I always use on my hair when using a curling iron. I prepped exactly the same way I always do: make sure hair is 100% dry, apply heat protectant, let it sit for a couple of minutes, and then style. I absolutely loved the look of this tool but the smell of burnt hair was so strong it made me nauseous. I showered and washed my hair today and the burnt hair smell is still there! If you know what this smells like, it smells absolutely disgusting. I’ve never experienced this before.. so I guess I’m reaching out to ask, has anyone else had this experience? Did I get a bad model? I’ve used true ceramic heated styling tools before and they never burnt my hair. It makes me think the materials they used to make these tools aren’t of good quality. Pros: so many attachments to do any look you want. Such a cute soft, pastel pink and not the cheap pink. The matching leather case it comes in keeps it organized and is so cute! Love that it came with a heat-protective glove. ** would be cool if they included a heat-resistant mat or if the inside of the case had a heat-resistant surface you could rest the tool on while styling Cons: the material of the tools may not be the best. Says it’s ceramic but the smell it left my hair is something I’ve never experienced before. The little metal arm rest that’s on the back is covered in a rubber and it makes contact w a part of the tool that gets hot which I think also contributes to the burnt smell. It just doesn’t make sense to me why you would design it that way? (This is the photo I’ve attached). Depending on the attachment being used, it can become heavy but that’s understandable as the big wave barrel attachment has to be that big to achieve the look it’s meant to. The base itself is very light. Also like others mentioned, the twisting/locking mechanism is a bit hard to do at first but now it’s not a big deal. I’m going to give my hair a break from heat for a couple of days and then try it out again on a lower setting but especially since waves require a timed stamp motion and doesn’t have the help of tension that’s created when doing curls or straightening, it requires time to sit on your hair.
