I ordered this first aid bag for RV traveling. What is especially nice is the handy place for scissors, tweezers, thermometers, etc. which puts these items front and center and easy to find. I had considered a lunch box type of affair, but decided on this bag because of the compartments which make things easy to find -- especially if you or a "patient" are dripping blood. Also, I like using full-size items as opposed to little sample sized ones. I considered the small premade first aid kits and thought they were a waste of money, imho. We use this bright red bag in our tiny RV and it contains stuff not only for us people but for our big dog. I was also able to put in this bag items for more serious injuries.
