Update: the mask will not turn on if plugged in. It will also not stay on if the battery is not charged or close to needing to be charged. It truly has been a wonderful addition to my beauty regimen. I have been researching masks for weeks. I’m 50 and was not interested in anything but red light therapy. I’ve worked hard to keep age spots at bay and blue light is known to bring up pigmentation. After reading countless reviews at multiple websites and speaking with my dermatologist I chose this mask. I’ve only used it about 6 times (recommend 5x a week for 10 minutes) and I’ve noticed a big difference in my dark circles lightening up. The mask comes with goggles and has a timer so you can relax and know it will shut off automatically in 10 minutes. It comes with a strap and fits really well.
