Wow!!! I was very skeptical about buying these inserts because I have bought other inserts that have not helped at all. In fact, when I put them in it made me feel even more uncomfortable. But with these there was an instant relief when I put them in my shoe and walked on them. I’m not saying that my heel pain is totally gone but there is a considerable/noticeable difference in my pain level and I’ve only had them on for about two hours. I’m hoping wearing these everyday will eventually lead to my heel actually being able to feel way less pain on a permanent basis. Read more

I’ve been using these for about two weeks now and had high hopes with all the endorsements from pro PB players. These are the least supportive insoles I’ve ever purchased. Zero arch support and very flimsy. Yesterday while I was playing the section of the insole under the ball of my left foot started bunching up under my arch every time I pushed off with my left foot. I don’t know how that even happens with how tight I tie my shoes. Read more
