Comfort is good. Fits my injured thicker leg and my normal leg without drawing attention to the difference. Jeans fit inside nicely. I am 5β3β weigh 160 lbs. 77 yrs old. Loook nice with my Army jacket. Didnβt want to spend $400 for leather boots at my age as they would out live me. My first pair of non-leather no one knows. They look great for a fraction of the cost. This boot is casual, very low heel and super comfortable to wear. The material does feel a little cheap and synthetic but since itβs black itβs not too noticeable unless you are up close. I have average sized calves and these boots fit me just fine with room to spare. Read more

The note under this review must say that I received this item via Amazon Vine program for free. That is correct. However, I will have to pay $44 in taxes (40%) on $110 (declared by manufacturer as taxable). So I will review these boots as an Amazon purchase of $44, which I will have to pay on them and plus I have to give a review on top of that. In my opinion they are just OK. POSITIVE: 1. The boots are advertised as pull on boots. They are not pull on. The boots have a zipper from top to bottom. In my opinion a zipper gives better fit. I was hesitant to even request the boots because they were named "pull on". 2. I normally wear 9.5 W shoes, and boots I would buy wide calf version. These fit me well in size 10 M. The calf has a slit and a rubber (see picture). For me they fit even without stretching, but I am saying that if you also need wide calf and yours is wider than mine, they would likely fit. 3. They feel structured on the foot. Will need a bit of breaking. But they were not advertised as "sock" boots, so these type of boots are just as expected. 4. In dry weather under normal wear and tear, they should last a season. NOT SO GOOD: 1. One of the materials listed in the listing is Leather. They are all man-made. No leather. 2. The "faux leather" of the boots themselves is not the best I have seen. Sometimes you see shoes or other articles made with faux leather and you are unsure if the leather is genuine or not. Here I had no doubt the leather is vinyl. 3. The sole on my boots is not contiguous. See pictures. It is inconsistent. If I bought these boots straight up, I would have returned them because of that. 4. The faux leather on the side of one boot has a dent or a scrape. Given I have no choice but to keep them, I glued the leather in place. If I bought them straight up, this would be a cause for me to return. At the declared MSRP of $110 (now it is showing $119) I expected "killer" boots. I saw on the picture that they were not particularly fashionable, so this "basicness" of them combined with their high MSRP screamed they will be high quality basic boots. The quality is not there. Manufacturing defects are hit and miss and vinyl material - I wish was better. I have not worn them outside. Do not know how they will be in use. Read more

Okay, so the description says leather , yet they are plastic . That was the only complaint I have for these boots. Overall they are cute and comfy and I am between a 8-8/12 and I for the 8 sicne they donβt have any half sizes . I was going to return because 75$ for plastic boots is kinda pricey but sicne they look cute on me and they are great dupes of the Frye boots I will keep them Read more

I took a chance & ordered this pair of boots in the light colored honey brown instead of my usual comfort black- & they are super cute. They are a good dupe for a big name brand company that has been around forever- in fact my parents had this color in the name brand in the 70s-80s. However, the quality of that brand is not there for the investment anymore so getting a dupe is great to be on trend. The material in these boots is faux leather & the soles/heals are rubber but the bottom has great traction- I did not slip once while walking on my stone flooring testing these out. The sizing is only in whole sizes so I sized down to a 9 as I usually wear a 9.5 & it fit great. I have high arches & it was a bit snug getting it on but most boots are at first. There is not much padding in the shoe itself despite the brand name so I really would not count on these to replace any work shoes or those that are worn daily. As a trendy shoe, they have some issues with cuts in the faux leather & loose threads & visible knots from the sewing machines that will come loose. I expect the life of these to be a couple seasons of wear depending on trends. The materials & construction are not BIFL but they are not priced as that either, buy it to be on trend & when it wears out buy the next trend that Cushionaire designs. Read more
