I purchased the navy lumbar pillow. It has proven useful in a lot of situations. 1. I like the small size of it because I travel and it’s easy to pack or put in the small of my back while driving. 2. I use it during yoga for some poses - again the small size makes it convenient. 3. I have used it in the small of my neck laying down as my chiropractor has requested. It works perfectly for stretching out that area. 4. It is well made and the fabric is very soft. 5. It has a zipper so if it gets dirty you can remove the cover and wash it. 6. If it was larger you could use it under your knees to relieve back pain while laying in bed. 7. The belt will allow me to wear it around my waist and move to different places. Not something I have used as it’s just as easy to pick it up. If you are looking for a small lumbar pillow this fits the bill- would give it 5 Stars Read more
