The coffee mugs are great, but the writing is bad. I sent a message to the company and asked if they were dishwasher safe and got no response. We got them if Friday and Saturday the writing started coming off. We have to wash these by hand, but very carefully or the letters come off. Gate to pay that price and this is what happens. Great product received fast with awesome customer service!
I love these mugs and my staff (who I ordered them for) love them too! Really awesome to be able to get a dozen mugs personalized for a reasonable price. The bonus is that they arrived at my house in less than 24 hours—I did learn that the company is only about 25 minutes away from me once I received them and saw where they came from. My original order arrived with a mistake in the printing but their customer service is AWESOME and they reprinted them and resent them and I again received them in 24 hours so I have zero complaints. Took a chance and ordered using my company logo. Mugs showed up fast and the logo looked good. Print was a bit smaller than I thought (possibly my fault) but for just office guest mugs they are fine. I would order from this company again. Read more
