The sweatshirt and embroidery quality are nice, but the wrong pattern was used for the applique in one of the sweatshirts. Also not all requested names for the embroidery on the sleeve appear on the arm of the sweatshirt. It was a special gift for my mom for Christmas, but it is not correct and it cannot be returned. I also ordered one for my dad, and although the applique fabric is correct, it is also missing names of grandchildren. I am very disappointed. Read more
