Beware! You may not get what you ordered.
The sweatshirt and embroidery quality are nice, but the wrong pattern was used for the applique in one of the sweatshirts. Also not all requested names for the embroidery on the sleeve appear on the arm of the sweatshirt. It was a special gift for my mom for Christmas, but it is not correct and it cannot be returned. I also ordered one for my dad, and although the applique fabric is correct, it is also missing names of grandchildren. I am very disappointed. Read more
True to size and soft material
Good quality , soft material , true to size only problem is the print on the material used for the letters is hard to see when picking out what you want and mine says nana with my grandkids names on the sleeve but the material I picked for the color , ended up being dog bones and paw prints . 🤣🤣 still cute but probably not the best choice .
