The rugs won't lay flat no matter what you try they are a tripping hazard and to my disappointment they can't be returned. Should not sell items that won't lay flat. Very disappointed Amazon should require this seller to refund if they are unsafe. Read more
The rug has a nice soft fuzzy material and actually has a good non-slip grip. However, just make sure you know how small 15"x23" actually is, because its a pretty tiny doormat (but that is my issue). I did not get a customized one since I received this item for free, so mine is plain black (as expected) Read more
