Timely order fulfillment
I like the size of the cup and the rapid delivery to my home. One cup was chipped, but two (2) "spares" were sent, so that is alright. I was a little disappointed in the size of the graphics. I was in a hurry to get this made and didn't take time to contact the manufacturer to make sure of the size and placement of the graphics. I wish I had begun earlier so that I would have avoided this issue. Still, the overall quality is good. Read more

I love the look and quality of these mugs but I was short the number I ordered! I only received 84 of the 100 I paid for. This is extremely frustrating as I need all 100 for client Christmas gifts. I messaged the seller but have not heard back yet and we are running out of time for delivery. VERY DISSAPPOINTING. Read more
